Suboxone Antitrust Settlement
A game changer in treating opioid dependency, Suboxone has established itself as an indispensable tool in fighting the opioid epidemic.
Its manufacturer, Indivior, however, has not.
To offset these ill gotten gains, $60 million has already been refunded to 50,000 consumers by the FTC; an average amount of about $1139.
It is not yet known what the amount of payouts from this most recent settlement of $385 million will turn out to be.
If you took/bought Suboxone between December 22, 2011 & August 21, 2023, fill out a claim form by February 27, 2024. All relevant information in this link:

In related Suboxone news, there have been lawsuits claiming that the medication caused rapid and advanced tooth decay with no label warning, even though they allegedly knew that it was a likely side effect.
